Set your calenders, we have scheduled another CGKF Meet N' Greet. June 16th, 12pm - 3pm at Tubby's Tankhouse in Thunderbolt (back room)Attendees are encouraged to order off the menu to patronize them for allowing us the space for the meeting. There will be some door prizes that will be given away. A representative from Spot Tails Tackle will be on hand to tell about fishing reports and some of their awesome tackle/ deals that they have. We are currently working out details for another speaker or have a short specific seminar for attendees. Other details/updates will follow. Please respond to this thread if you want or may come to this event. Keeping a general tally will enables us to plan around any issues to ensure that a good time is had by all.  |

I am certain that at this meeting the (soon to be) CGKF HOW Chapter will like to discuss some things about our new venture into supporting our wounded vets through kayak fishing.  |

I am putting a special raffle prize together for the Meet N' Eat. All funds collected for the raffle will go for CGKF operating expenses and for new stickers, etc.
Please plan on attending this event! There will be very informative information given out about future CGKF ventures, supportive local businesses, and you'll get to socialize with fellow kayak fishermen and women. Spouses and children are encouraged to attend, after all, we are a family. ;D

There will be a seminar at the Meet N' Greet by Fish My Yak on YakAttack products and their applications and uses (for example: how Mighty Mounts, Gear Tracs, and Screwballs are implemented with other accessories). |

Hmmmm......I was "supposed" to head to Charlotte and Burlintion the weekend of June 2nd, but that may be getting changed....and I just saw this M&E posting....
New possible plan....head up there and mayge fish with some of you on FRI and/or maybe SAT and attend the "M&E".....stay over at the Jameson Inn in Pooler (I know the Mgr and get good rates) or crash with someone, head on up to Charlotte since SUN is Father's Day for my SIL and me....my daughter's BD is WED 6/20....and then head over to Burlington to see my lady friend!!
That might just work out great.....I'll work on it and let you all know.....JohnYaksJax

I am on call as a driver for a murder trial for the entire month of June and have to be able to be at work in uniform in 2 hours at anytime but i am still going to try to make it!

Meet N Greet is only a few days away, don't miss out.
Lunch is not provided in the event, but since Tubby's is kind enough to provide the space for us to meet don't be shy about patronizing them by ordering drinks and some lunch. They will have someone working the area. We will be in the rear room, just ask for CGKF.

laughinggull and I will be there but no wives. We plan on going for an early paddle and fish and then dropping by. By the way, had a killer time at the classic and marked it on my calender for next year, good Lord willing!
