If you haven't been or know of someone who needs to go let them know to stop by that day. You can ensure your spot by calling Coffee Bluff Marina and letting them know you are coming that day. There is no charge and very good information is put out by CGKF staff.

At the same time as the seminar, Coffee Bluff Marina will be having "Dogs on the Bluff", a hotdog fest of sorts, come hungry! They are also supposed to have a band there too.
The day of the seminar, Coffee Bluff Marina will be selling PrecisionPak Cratepaks for 50% of retail and a couple sets of kayak wheels for 50% off. We'll also have some Fish My Yak supplies on hand for sale.

Stitched Designs will have some items for sell at the seminar also. There will be some CGKF hats, T shirts and other items.
If you should have a special please let me know and I will try and see if I can have it for you.

Well, it looks like we may be spared the wrath of Irene. The plans for the Basic Kayak Fishing Seminar are still on for this Saturday from noon-2pm. I will consult the weather and CBM Friday and make a definite determination then. If it's cancelled, those signed up with Coffee Bluff Marina for the seminar will be notified telephonically.
Don't forget about the Precision Pak Cratepaks that Coffee Bluff Marina will have on sale that day. They are a kayak angler's best friend for storing your gear! ;D

dan said he learned alot, i think he's got the bug! thanks again for taking the time to help out the new guys.
unfortunately, i have some training coming up next month which may keep me from attending the intermediate seminar on Oct 1st, but i'll try to make it.
