I recieved a Precision Pak III a few months ago and I just wanted to relay that it is a pleasure to have! 
I have plenty of room for terminal tackle, packs of artificials, hard bait boxes, anchor, bug spray, radio, grippers, etc. It even has a loop system in the back to attach a light pole. It comes with two rod holders and plenty of exterior pockets.
No more worrying about stuff falling out, it has a velcro flap/ lid that covers the top ( I hope they make a lid soon that covers the top on all sides when closed ). Carrying handles (even a shoulder strap) make relocating the pak from the truck to the yak (vice versa) a cinch.
I've really enjoyed mine so far! ;D
