Trey - Nubby - Kevin...
You guys did a fantastic job last weekend with the Intermediate Seminar at Coffee Bluff Marina. Folks from around the community have said over the past few days that you all did a very professional job! Amy said that your demeanor and set-up made our marina look very good, and I agree with her. Feedback has been nothing but positive, and we are proud to be associated with you and your forum!
Next up is the Advanced Kayak Seminar - Flats Fishing for Reds on April 16th from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. So far, we have 5 anglers signed up, and room for 1 more. Dr. Jerry Case and I are going to shuttle the kayakers and their gear out to the flats with the guide, who I assume is going to be Trey, in both of our Pathfinders. After we drop you guys off, we'll cruise the perimeter of your domain to see if we can locate additional schools for you to bust up. If the weather is good and we can make it happen, well, see for yourself... .
Thanks again for all you guys do!
Capt. Ray Golden

For those that are fishing the Advanced kayak fishing seminar April 16th, below is a short list of artificial bait choices to bring with you. You may choose to bring two rods, but one will be enough for this trip. Make sure it is a rod that you are comfortable with and has adequate line and leader to handle a decent sized redfish. If you have any other questions about items to bring you can call Ray at Coffee Bluff Marina 912-925-7474 or email me at coastalgeorgiakayakfishing@gmail.com
You may bring a couple favorite topwater lures Gulp products (dark and light colors, like white) shrimp and/ or mullet types jigheads and/ or weighted worm hooks DOA shrimp (glow or stark naked) Redfish Magic lureDon't try to over pack, I'll probably pack light and fish with my confidence baits. There will probably be plenty baits with all the folks that are going if someone runs out. If you want to fish with live bait, call Ray and make sure he'll have mudminnows on hand. Use a popping cork and a khale hook or jighead.
