Where is 6mile and where are you putting in for sisters? My brother lives pretty close to dutton island so that's where I fished today, with no luck..

Sister's Creek is right off Hecksher Dr. and Six Mile Landing is down A1A as you head towards St. Augustine. Look on the jaxkayakfishing.com/ for the launch map. |

One more week!!! Weather forecast calls for lows in the 50's and highs in the mid 70's, with sun on Thu. and Fri. with some clouds on Sat. Sure hope that doesn't mean a flood is on the way!!!! I am trying to figure out where to fish. Instinct tells me that the area that we fished along the ICW, especially at the creek mouth would be a great place to p/u a good flounder since this is supposed to be peak flounder season, but I am being told by my guru that we need to concentrate our efforts "north of Heckshire", exact location protected under high security!!! I am not asking for much, just a bull red, a gator trout, and a doormat flounder, that's all!!! Nubby and I are going down on Wed. I don't know how late it will be when I get there, I will be getting in late Tue. night from a flight from Memphis and will have to get my gear together Wed. morning before heading down. We need to hook up Wed. night to discuss strategy. asdf, shoot me a PM to discuss hooking up with Nubby and me in Jax. Redbeard  |

I'll be heading down there Wednesday and will touch base with my host fishermen. We definitely need to fish together that Thursday!! North of Hecksher is always a "Go To" spot!

The Orlando weatherman was talking about the St John's possiable flooding the latter part of this week or this weekend. I do not know if that will have any effect on the fishing Sat. or not.
