I just found out my nephew in atlanta is getting a yak .He has been with me a few times i guess he got the bug. Him and his dad are not the DIY kind of guys so i thought i would build him a crate with rod holder for Christmas since he will be here. So if anyone knows where i can get a good one let me know. I will check with publixs . If i have enough pvc pipe i will make him a stand.

Worst case scenario Bass Proshop has them for 10 bucks! Or all gas stations have them behind them!

Yeah i will be checking them out this week .I'm on day shift this weekend so i might get in some night time recon action. I have a blue one i can paint black I'm being picky and want to get a newer one.Thanks

Thanks nubby for the crate bolted some bass pro rod holders to it and cut him some pvc pipe to fit in the corners for future rigging . I cut some extre ones for his dad and added some wire ties . His dad going to get a yak soon. They live only 20 mins from lanier.

I did something crazy yesterday. I started taking everything off the walls and cabinets of my garage .Total overhall i will making my second trip to HD this morning.I will be making a few tripps to the dump today. It will be more user friendly. I will post some pics .

Me, Chris, and Nubby use Precision Pak III's. The crate mates are great items, especially for the price! All you do is put your crate inside of it. Great product! ;D

I use the Crate Pack Max in orange and it is pretty cool. I have a couple of their surf bags and a Crate Mate Camo. They're pretty cool, too.
