Looking for a kayak my son can fish out of every once in awhile or the wife can use to to preview the scenery . Just curious if there were any suggestions? My son is 9 years old but we will be 10 this year. Does anyone have any experience with his age group is that too early to put someone in a yak

My son started solo when he was 9 I think. A 10 or 12 foot kayak would be your best bet.
