Had a great time today. Sorry to split so quickly but Tanner (my little one) had lost interest in case you didn't notice him pushing the high chair around the room while Trey was trying to talk, lol. Thanks for everything guys. I'm glad I found you guys around here and proud to call myself a member. Looki forward to the next one.
Btw, I ordered the fresh catch today at Tubbys. First time I believe I had any Red Snapper. And unless I was just starving to death, that was the best damned fish I've ever eaten. What you think Perry?

Amy and I had a great time at Tubby's with everyone. We're looking forward to the re-opening of the marina, and looking forward to the new seminars we are in the process of planning. 2014 should be a great year! We're tentatively shooting for May 3rd (a Saturday) as our Grand Re-Opening...hope everyone can come out and enjoy some food and drink! Thanks Trey, Nubby, and Jim for all you do!

Mike and I had a great time at Tubby's yesterday, and as for the food, he went on all afternoon about how good the garlic shrimp were. It was good to see all those that showed up. A special thanks to Trey and Capt. Ray from Coffee Bluff, the CGKF raffle of the tripletail mothership trip raised $320 for HOW. This is an awesome way to start our 2014 HOW season. Thanks to all who participated. Already looking forward to the next meet-n-greet and to make use of my new Egret baits. Tight lines

It was nice to get a bunch of us together. Everyone walked away with something including a little bit of knowledge. That's trey, corky, Jim and I'm looking forward to coffee bluff being open again. That should be a good time for all kayak anglers

Thank you again to those who came out for the Meet N Greet and supported CGKF and Coastal Georgia HOW. Like Jim said, $320 was raised through the raffle prize (Triple Tail mothership trip) that Coffee Bluff Marina donated, those funds will go directly to Coastal Georgia HOW. Everyone walked out with something: Egret soft baits/jig heads, a Fish My Yak prize pack, a Polar Bear 12 pack cooler (donated by Stitched Designs), a HOW ball cap, or other ball caps. We had a couple of guys that are brand new to CGKF (from Liberty County), glad to have met them. CGKF will be having another Meet N Greet or Meet N Fish around March 2014. Come on out and join us next time.

Nubby's spouse won the trip. Not sure if she's going, he's going, or being donated to someone else.
