Kayak Fishing 101 Seminar

CGKF will be conducting the first of many seminars at Coffee Bluff Marina March 3rd. The cost is $40 per attendee. You'll get two hours of land instruction (from safety to the kayak to your prey) and then 2 hours of on the water instruction covering much of what we touch on during the land portion, paddling, anchoring, positioning, and target areas.

If you don't own a kayak, Coffee Bluff Marina will have discounted rentals for you to use.
Also, if you attend any seminar this year you can get rod, reels, and tackle for 20% off the day of the seminar that you attend.

Really good seminar! Six brave souls turned out to hear me babble about kayak fishing. Hopefully they walked away with some good knowledge about the sport. We changed the seminar up a bit to accommodate the rain that was on the way. Needless to say, we finished the seminar and a minute or two later the skies opened up and it came a frog strangling rain. Talk about cutting it close!
