Thanks guys. That's pretty much what my first thought was too. I was thinking juvenile mutton snapper but when I looked it up on Google images there looked to be some key differences in the body shape and this one lacks the dark spot that is present on most of the snapper.

You'd be right! A buddy of mine figured it out. It's a Puddingwife Wrasse. New one to me. Thanks for the help!

I hardly catch them anymore, in a bit of a slump. But I have see people catching them all the time. I believe it's called a FISH. But not having seem one in a while, I could be wrong.
